We do not have the facility to accommodate collections directly from our premises.  Our entire focus is on the production of healthy and happy insects and we only ever can courier your order to you using our own established couriers.

Should you prefer to collect, you will need to visit your nearest pet shop.  We can assist with letting you know which ones stock our products.



We are pleased to advise that we are categorised as an essential supplier (animal food) and, as such, have continued to successfully distribute our products nationally during the entire lock down.

We do, however, ask you to appreciate that we cannot be held liable for boxes that are delayed, lost, dead on arrival, or any other reason, as this is an extremely difficult time and we are doing our very best under the circumstances, as is the courier. Should you opt to order over the lock down period, the shipments will, unfortunately, be at your own risk, however, we take EVERY precaution to ensure the best possible shipping conditions and live arrival.

We also cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive within the "usual" time frames experienced during normal operations and we ask that you please build this into your ordering time frame so you do not run out of stock.
