TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Open Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00.
PAYMENT:
- Payment in full must be made upon placing the order before we will dispatch for current account customers.
- Proof of payments to be uploaded onto the site or WhatsApped to 071 624 8461 or emailed to feedersforafrica@gmail.com before we can authourize shipping of your order.
SHIPPING:
- Orders placed and paid from Monday to Thursday 10h00 will be shipped according to our shipping table and cut off times, availability and packing volume dependant.
- Orders received and paid after 10h00 on Thursday to Sunday will be shipped on the following week, availability and packing volumes dependant.
LOSSES:
- Claims/losses must be received in writing, by email or WhatsApp, within 24 hours of receipt of goods (together with photos / videos) before any replacement or credit will be considered.
- We guarantee live arrival, in normal weather conditions of between 4 to 29 degrees Celsius. Extreme temperatures outside of the above unfortunately cannot carry a live arrival guarantee.
PACKAGING:
- We can change our labels & any packaging related items at any time.
We ship from Monday to Thursday each week to ensure your parcel reaches you before the weekend, dependant on your area.
Should you require a dispatch on Thursday or Friday, our live arrival guarantee as per point 4 above falls away.
