Shipping:

Orders placed and paid for, from Monday to Thursday before 10am will be dispatched (usually same day) according to our dispatch table and cut off times, availability & packing volume dependent.

Orders received and paid for after 10am on Monday to Thursday, will be moved to the next available day for dispatch.

Orders received and paid for after 10am on Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched the following week, availability & packing volumes dependent.

Note that we always dispatch your order (if not on the same day), on the next available day to avoid unnecessary delays.

We dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday each week to ensure your parcel reaches you before the weekend, dependent on your area.
Losses:

Claims / Losses must be for stock that is DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) and must be received in writing, via email or WhatsApp, within 24 hours of receiving your order providing the requirements specified below, before any replacement or credit will be considered.
Your Losses Report must include the following:
1. The species of insect, size and pack size, lost.
2. The number of tubs lost.
3. Record a single, uninterrupted video of at least 15 seconds clearly showing all dead insects in one pile, arranged in no more than one layer (i.e., flat and fully visible, not stacked or overlapping). The video must show the entire contents of the affected container(s) and include a handwritten date on paper in the video.

Losses that occur between 3°C to 30°C, we offer to cover all the losses with the following conditions:

However, losses that occur below 3°C or above 30°C, we offer to cover half the losses, with the following conditions:

Sizes of insects may vary based on natural growth rate variations and other factors. We do not guarantee an exact size for these reasons, however, every effort is made to deliver consistent & accurate to size products.

Maximum Stock per product is limited accordingly on the products' listings, however, anyone who attempts to take the maximum of each pack / size will be refunded and the products will be removed if they exceed our maximum stock per pack / size as listed under each limited product.
We are not liable, under any circumstances for any negative effects caused by the use and/or improper use of our products.
