- ANY MISTAKES MADE IN PAYMENTS ARE NOT OUR LIABILITY IN ANY CAPACITY AND ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT, IT IS IRRIVERSABLE BY NATURE.
- Order Losses (DOA Stock) in accordance with our T's and C's will be refunded either in Crypto or in ZAR, this will be handled case by case.
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday 10:30am will be shipped usually on the same day, however it is dependent on your area, shipping times, cut-off times, availability and packing volumes.
If there is any damage to the exterior box and/or products inside, caused by the couriers mishandling, please provide us with a video clearly showing the damage.
Losses:
Claims / Losses must be for stock that is DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) and must be received in writing, via email or WhatsApp, within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing the requirements specified below, before any replacement or credit will be considered.
Losses that occur between 3°C to 30°C on route, we offer to cover all the losses with the following conditions:
The customer agrees to cover the courier charge.
Losses that occur below 3°C or above 30°C on route, we offer to cover half the losses, with the following conditions:
The customer agrees to cover the other half of the losses and the courier charge.
Your Losses Report must include the following:
1. The species of insect, size and pack size, that was lost.
2. The number of tubs lost.
3. Record a video clearly showing all dead insects, separated from the live insects, fully visible and not overlapping. The video must show the entire contents of the affected container(s), and please remove any obstructions (e.g. egg carton, food, etc.) for full visibility. Also include a handwritten date on paper shown in the video.
Replacement Policy is dependent on stock availability. If stock is unavailable, we will refund you to the value of the losses; T’s & C’s apply.
Special Conditions for the Superworms and Mealworms :
HIGH RISK PACKING is shipped to you in 1 X 5L container, or 1 X Go Worm Bag – if you choose this option, we are not liable to replace dead stock.
SUMMER PACKING - 5L OPTION is shipped to you in 2 X 5L containers - Live arrival is 50% guaranteed between 3°C and 30°C.
SUMMER PACKING - GO WORM BAG OPTION is shipped to you in 2 X Go Worm Bags – Live arrival guaranteed between 3°C and 30°C.
We can change our labels & packaging related items at any time.
Sizes of insects may vary based on natural growth rate variations and other factors. We do not guarantee an exact size for these reasons; however, every effort is made to deliver consistent & accurate to size products.
Maximum Stock per product is limited accordingly on the products' listings, however, anyone who attempts to take the maximum of each pack / size will be refunded and the products will be removed if they exceed our maximum stock per pack / size as listed under each limited product.
We are not liable, under any circumstances for any negative effects caused by the use and/or improper use of our products.
We ship Monday to Thursday each week to ensure your parcel reaches you before the weekend, depending on your area.
Should you choose to ask us to send your order when we do not guarantee that you will receive it by the weekend, therefore resulting in your order sitting at the depot throughout the weekend, we are not liable to replace DOA.
